SCSI LVD to HVD converter | |
|
 | This External SCSI Converter is available in a variety of configurations. It is designed to convert SCSI bus from LVD/SE to HVD interface.
Connect your HVD device to a LVD host or vice-versa. The SCSI convertor is self contained in a small desktop enclosure with a universal power supply.- Connect the HVD device to the HVD connector.
- Connect the LVD device to the LVD connector.

SCSI Switches Overview Why use a SCSI switch?- Share a SCSI device between multiple hosts to maximise investment
- can be used to provide "failover" and "failsafe" protection when sharing SCSI RAID or tape libraries between an active host and a dormant host.
- A low cost alternative to a SAN
- Extend the SCSI bus length
- Complete hardware solution, no software required

SCSI 2x1 LVD Switch | |
|
 | A 2x1 LVD SCSI switch that can also act as a 2x1 LVD to SE or vice versa.
Features:- 160 Mbytes per second bandwidth
- SCSI busses are totally isolated from each, re-timed and regenerated, so that they can run the full length in either direction.
- Each bus segment is individually terminated. LVD busses have multi-mode termination
- Choose the method of controlling the switch with Dynamic switching, manual control, control over the network as a network device or automatic control via the SCSI bus itself or via the serial bus.
- Bus switching maintains correct termination and only occurs at SCSI bus free.
- Suitable for LVD or SE SCSI
- Complete hardware only solution, no software required.
